Russell S. Fraser (1914-1989) was born on December 20, 1914. He served as the Director of the Division of Laboratories in the State Department of Health. He died on September 12, 1989, and he was buried in the Park City, Utah cemetery. Russell's wife, Margaret B. Fraser (1916-2005) was born on March 25, 1916, and died on April 29, 2005.
